What was about your first naturist day? When was it? Were you shy? Or you dropped down clothes, like before bathing?

I was 14 when I went to a nudist shore with my friends, and I was really shy, and I thought, what will happen if I have an erection? But I didn't have, because there were men only.

It was very great, and I decided then I would like to be a naturist.

Well, in that case I have a couple of "first" nudist days...

The very first one I was on my own, so there was no problem with shyness.

The "other first" one was just the next day, because the day before I found out how great it was (but not that great to climb many rocks just to be free of clothes!

), so I decided to give it a try on an official nude beach; first I just "acted" that it's just normal to be an experienced nudist

, but after five minutes I didn't have to act any more!

It was just great!

The "first time" experience with most shame and shyness was - despite my frequent visits to nude beaches before - my first time I appeared on the beach without body hair. Just two of us were completely smooth that day on the beach and I had the feeling that all the guys are watching all the time "there", but the new feeling of even more freedom helped me a lot!

My first ever was in Holland in a sauna with my wife (she wasn't then, but is now). We had never been in a nude sauna before, and we ended up getting undressed really quickly & running up the stairs.....into the changing room! We had been in the chillout room downstairs and left all our clothes there by accident! It was very funny.

We got used to it after that, and our first beach was in France - somewhere on the west coast (near St Georges I think). We were both very nervous, and I was like you Gmilan - worrying in case I got an erection, but I was fine. We both just took all our clothes off & ran into the sea. It was very liberating, and we visit nudist beaches maybe once or twice a year now while on holiday. It has made me very comfortable with my body, and my wife is the same. She is very insecure about her body, but is less self concious going naked than wearing a swimming costume!

My first experience were in the area "Lobau" in Vienna on a see but i was totally alone so i hadn´t to be shy but at the beginning i were always looking if there would be somebody coming along my place....
well but the next time i already went to an naturist place where i weren´t alone.....and it wasn´t a problem

My real first naturist day was after having arrived in France when I went to the beach. It was as if a year-long dream had come true. I was not nervous at all.

I can't remember the first time. I came out the chute that way and it stuck. It helps when the rest of the family is the same. But I can understand those who want to and can't tell the rest of the family or friends or even a boyfriend or a girlfriend.

In Switzerland last year, went to a thermal baths and they had a naturist sauna area... wow what a great feeling I was instantly hooked

it was terrible. i am a shy guy, and when i saw in the beach the people naked...

huh, it was an embarrassing moment. but my friend, who likes fkk told me, don't care about it. it's a great fun! and he was right.

Pretty recently. Unlike some I didn't have the privilage of growing up in a nude friendly envirinment. It really just came with the freedom of leaving the household and having my own apartment

My first time is already some time ago. I went to a nude beach with my family without thinking much about everyone being nude. I enjoyed the freedom, but I did not go to a nude beach until recently
